Q : What delivery service do you use?
A : We send most Free Delivery items by Second Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. First Class Recorded & Next Day Special Delivery is available for an additional charge. Items sent to Europe & Worldwide are sent by Airmail. Orders over a certain value will require signing for regardless of the service selected.
Q : Do you accept cheques, cash or postal orders?
A : We only accept payment via Paypal.
Q : I have a question about the item/s?

Q : Do you combine postage?
A : Most of our items include Free P&P. Postage discounts are taken into account with our pricing. For purchases sent to Europe the charge is £2.95 for the first item then additional items are sent for an additional £1.25 per item. For items sent Worldwide the charge is £3.95 then £1.25 per additional item.
Q : I have committed to buy an item by mistake. Can I cancel it?
A : Sure, that`s not a problem as long as you let us know within 4 days of making the error. Shortly after this time an unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically. It is our policy not to cancel these once opened.
Q : My item should have arrived by now where is it?
A : Once your item has been despatched, delivery by 2nd Class Royal Mail usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery by 1st Class is usually 1 to 2 working days. Occasionally this can be longer. If you are out when delivery takes place you should be left a card with instructions how to collect your delivery. If not, it is worth checking with neighbours or the local post office to see if your delivery is there. Items sent to Europe usually take 3 to 5 working days and over 5 days for items outside Europe. If your item has been sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery please contact us if your item is overdue.
Q : I wish to return an Item that I won by Auction?
A : We regret that items purchased by auction are not returnable unless faulty or significantly not as described. Please keep this in mind when bidding to ensure you are bidding on the right colour/size etc.
Q : I wish to return a Buy It Now purchase?
A : If you would like to return an item you must inform us by making a request through the Ebay Resolution Centre within 14 days starting the day after the item is delivered to you. Return postage will be at the buyers expense. You will be entitled to a full refund as long as the item is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note that any delivery charges paid for upgraded delivery are non-refundable.
Q : I believe that my item may be lost in the post?
A : Whilst we sympathise that you may be frustrated that your item may be taking a while in the post we are unable to take any action for delayed/lost items in the post until 14 days have passed for items sent to U.K./ European addresses and 21 days for items sent Worldwide. However, we reserve the right to wait until 15 working days have passed after postage by 1st Class Royal Mail before refunding or replacing orders lost in the post; This extends to 25 working days for items sent outside the U.K. by airmail. In the interim it is worth contacting your local post/sorting office to see if they are holding mail for you. You should receive a card if you are out when the postal service tries to deliver however this is sometimes overlooked despite what postal carriers claim! |
