Returns
Our returns policy is simple, fair and geared towards customer satisfaction. Should the situation arise whereby you no longer require the garment that you purchased, we would be very happy to exchange it for an alternative product provided that it was returned to us within 15 days of purchase and still in perfect condition. If there were a fault with the garment, we would refund the price of the product and issue your card with a refund. Please securely wrap the goods and send the package by Recorded Delivery with a copy of the original receipt. Soccer Mall cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the goods.* The customer will be entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (* We regret that we are unable to offer order cancellations for sealed videos, software or audio items)
Complaints
With any business, there will always be circumstances that arise which can cause reason for complaint. We do not profess to be perfect but we will treat each and every customer's comments with fairness, confidentiality and speed. Should any of our customers have reason to be unsatisfied with either the product or service that they have received, we will deal with the matter effectively, communicating our acknowledgement within 5 working days with an aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Every customer is openly invited to contact us to give general feedback or comments about specific issues. All orders are shipped between 2-10 days subject to availability but please allow 28 days.
