Payment is required within 7 days, if there is a problem please email me, I am human & do understand things don't always go to plan. If you do not contact me within 7 days and no payment is received an unpaid item dispute will be raised.

Postal order
Cheque (clearing of approx 7 days before posting)

Post and Packing:
Royal mail increased their prices on 7th April. The past two increases in postage I have not passed on to my customers, this time however I am going to have to increase postage costs slightly only to cover the cost of the recent Royal Mail price increase. I obtain a certificate of posting for every parcel sent out. If in the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive within 7 days please contact your local delivery office and check they are not holding an item for you. If after 7 days your parcel is still not there please email me.
I can spend hours every day just wrapping orders in bubble wrap, labelling, bagging orders & then the journey to the post office and subsequent wait in the cue that involves. My post and packing prices, I believe, are very fair and do not fully reflect the actual cost which would be considerably higher.

I always combine postage on request, PLEASE email me once you have made your selection and I will forward an invoice to you. If you do not contact me and pay separately for your items they will be sent separately and you will may more postage costs than necessary.
I am always more than happy to discuss any of your ideas for design or fragrance combinations, if it is possible I will make it for you - just email us.
