Delivery Times
Almost everything I sell is handmade to order upon receipt of payment therefore a slight delay in posting is unavoidable.
I work 6 days a week but occasionally I have a weekend off so it could be that if you ordered and paid for an item on Friday it may not be made until the following Monday, please bear this in mind when placing an order.
Urgent orders
We all occasionally leave things until the last minute. If I can help with an urgent order I am more than happy to do so, all that I ask is that you contact me first to confirm that it is possible.
Some weeks are particularly busy for me with hospital appointments, physiotherapy etc etc (see about me page) so it would help me greatly if you contact me re an urgent order before going ahead and purchasing it.
