The product that arrived looks used and possibly an ex showroom model. The seller dealt with it well (full refund) but to sell something listed as brand new when it’s clearly used felt troubling. The seller has stated that the damage was done by the courier company. Unless the toy was removed from the box and played with by a child (wielding a screwdriver) I think that’s unlikely… Dealt with well, but an unfortunate and quite embarrassing purchase (sent as a gift)

Shocking service nothing but lies and smoke screens. Gave me the proper run around. It’s been sent and and it’s needs releasing what a bunch of lies. I suspect they never actually sent it as I think they got the price wrong and the postage cost was too high and they would have taken a loss on the whole thing hardly my fault. The truth would have been nice.
