Postage for one LP or 12" single is £2 (UK), £3.70 (Europe), £5.70 (Rest of World) - each additional item is 50% (or more) reduced. Postage for 7" singles is £1 (UK), £2.50 (Europe), £3.00 (ROW). CDs are £0.80 (UK), £1.70 (Europe), £2.50 (ROW).

Q:What is your return policy?
A:If you wish to return an item for any reason please inform me within 7 days of receipt (the item does not have to reach me within 7 days if sending it back). If the item is returned in as-sold condition I will give a full refund minus postage costs. If an item is not as my description I will refund the item plus postage at my discretion.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, I am always happy to combine shipping to save on postage charges. If you buy an item and wish to wait for another auction to end to combine them, that's fine. If you buy several items and don't know the postage rate simply 'request invoice' at checkout or send an email and I will do the rest!
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:I usually post out within 1 day of receiving payment - you will receive a confirmation email from me when your item has been mailed. In the UK the normal time is 1-3 days; for Airmail 5-7 days (but all post, especially outside the UK, can take up to 14 days to arrive).
Q:What happens regarding lost or damaged post?
A:All post is fully insured. If your item is genuinely lost or damaged in the post I will refund you including postage - the first step is to email me. I will need photo evidence (at least) of the damage to make a Royal Mail claim, and I may ask you to fill in a postal loss form - this is to protect buyer & seller from accusations of postal fraud.
Q:What about International Post? Is it insured?
A:Yes, although at present I cannot promise to refund POSTAGE charges for items lost outside the UK. Enhanced UK & International postal services are available at checkout.
Q:How are your items packaged? Are they protected?
A:My vinyl 12" records are sent in professional-standard cardboard mailers with the sleeve & vinyl between two internal card stiffeners. The vinyl is removed from the sleeve of LPs to prevent seam-splits. 7" singles are sent between 2 stiff card sheets (as are postcards) inside polythene sleeves. Cds, etc are packed in bubble-wrap in an envelope.
Q:How do you grade records? Do you listen to them?
A:I test play all used music - my grades follow the Record Collectors / Goldmine guidelines and are: Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair. I aim to grade conservatively & note flaws, but I can't listen to every second of every record - if you recieve a record, etc of a lower standard than expected, get in touch with me & I will refund if necessary.
Q:How do I pay you?
A:I accept PayPal, UK cheques, Postal Order, Bankers Draft and Bank Transfer (email me or see below for details). If sending payment through the post please consider getting free proof of postage or Recorded mail (+68p) - post sadly can go missing! I currently can only accept Paypal and Bank Transfer (without fees) from outside the UK.
Q:What's with the Snow Leopards? Why the shop name?
A:I have been selling some fair-traded items from the Snow Leopard Trust in Seattle to do a little to help these endangered cats (and their human neighbours). Plus, I think the shop name is catchy!
Q:Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
A:Yes, by arrangement with me, paid into my account in pounds sterling; note that I CANNOT ACCEPT CHARGES from non-UK transactions.
Q:Will I get feedback from you?
A:I always leave positive feedback for successful transactions, and am always pleased to hear that your item has reached you safely, as I take an interest in everything I have for sale. If there is a problem with your item, let me know because we can invariably sort it out!
