 | A: Jibbitz are the original brand of shoe charms that fit in the airholes of Crocs shoes. It's a one-piece, rubber molded shoe charm designed to pop in and out of the holes on the Crocs, allowing people to customize their shoes! Currently there are over 1,500 different designs. BEWARE not all shoe charms are Jibbitz! Refer to my Guide for more info. |

 | A: Absolutely! Simply request an invoice once you have finished shopping. Remember, any listing you purchase with FREE shipping qualifies your entire shoe charm purchase to ship FREE when combined on one invoice! |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We ship FAST! Within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment your package will be on its way to you. U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Priority Mail is typically 2-4 days. International mail is usually fast too but can take anywhere from 5-45 days, depending on the country and customs. |
 | Q: Jibbitz are small and can't weigh more than a few ounces. Why does it cost more than a first-class letter to ship them? |

 | A: Postage is much higher for "non-machinable" envelopes. We use only premium quality bubble envelopes and materials to ensure your Jibbitz arrive safely. The post office classifies these as packages. Also, all our packages are shipped with delivery confirmation within the U.S. We pay an extra fee for that but it helps to ensure you get your package. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes. Most all items are available to be shipped internationally. If it is not stated in the listing, please contact us. |
 | Q: I am an international buyer. Will you mark "gift" or declare a lower value on my customs form? |

 | A: No. It is illegal to specify the item as a "gift" on customs forms and we only indicate the exact item price. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: All sales are final unless item is not as described. If item is not as described, we will refund your purchase price. If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace it. Item must be returned with original packaging within 7 days from the time we receive an email explaining the problem. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. |
