We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Damaged and Faulty items
You should notify us of any damage that has been caused in transit within 1 day and you should retain all packaging.
If your item is faulty then you should inform us within 7 days of receipt, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If it is outside this period then our terms do not apply BUT if you inform us from the start we will do all we can to help. If your item develops a fault within 45 days if it has not been misused then we will repair or replace.
Full Refund Guarantee
If you wish to return the item you have purchased, please send an email and inform us first, this must within 14 days of purchase.
We will then send you a returns number, then return the item at your expense in the same condition that you received it, you should also make sure the packaging is robust so that items cannot be damaged in transit. When we receive it we will give you a full refund of your original purchase price excluding delivery costs. This must be received within 18 days from the original purchase.
Domestic Handling
We have a 1 day domestic handling time, this means we need to pick and pack before your item is dispatched. Normally we can improve on this.
Courier delivery
If you pay for a particular service this is the time the courier takes to deliver once it leaves us. A 24 hour delivery service will reach you in 2 - 3 days from your order.
