We won't accept the return of any software returned to us if it's been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in new, unopened condition.
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it to Smart Gadgets 2U within 7 days of the date of delivery. The item has to be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. If the item is defective, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If it cannot be repaired, we will at our discretion arrange to replace the item.
Refunds
• If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
• We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
• If the item is not faulty or incorrect, then returns are at buyers own cost.
• Refunds are normally processed within 7-14 working days
