Q) Can I order an item that you don't have listed?
A) Sometimes we are able to order more stock of lines that are currently showing as Out of stock. Please contact us before making your purchase. We regularly receive new stock so keep checking the site for new arrivals.

Q) I've just paid for an item but I want to add another to the invoice, can this be done?
A) No. eBay doesn't allow this unfortunately. Once an item(s) have been paid for we aren't able to add to your invoice. Your second item must be paid for separately. We are able to combine shipping.

Q) Do you offer a combined postage discount?
A) Yes. Most of our items are FREE POST within Australia (Regular Mail). Registered Post and Express post costs are capped. Additional purchases can be combined and shipped together without extra charge.

Q) I want to buy multiple items – is this allowed?
A) Yes. Discounts may be available for larger orders – please feel free to contact us.

Q) How will I know that you have received my payment?
A) We check for payments daily and as soon as we identify your cleared payment we will update the ebay sales record and mark your item as PAID. You can view the status of your order at any time through the item page in your ebay account. Ebay will send you email updating the status of your order when we mark the item as shipped.

Q) How long will it take for my payment to reach you?
A) The quickest way to get your item it is to pay with a Paypal balance or with Paypal linked to your credit card. This payment reaches us instantly, meaning we can post within 24hrs. You can also pay by direct (cash) bank deposit at any ANZ branch. Again this is instant and we can post same or next day. We bank with ANZ. If you pay by bank transfer from an ANZ account, the payment will often reach us within 24hrs.
Paying with a Paypal account that needs funds to first come from your bank account takes 3-5 days (eCheque). Internet bank transfer from an non-ANZ bank to our ANZ account takes 3-5 business days to clear also. As soon as we get your cleared payment we ship the same or next day.

Q) I don't have Paypal, can I pay via another method?
A) We accept Paypal and Bank Transfer for your safety and convenience. When you proceed through check-out to pay for your item(s), on the invoice you should be able to select to pay via “Bank Deposit Express”, and upon doing so you will be given our bank details.

Q) How do I pay by Bank Deposit?
A) When you proceed through check-out to pay for the item(s), on the invoice you should be able to select to pay via bank deposit express, and upon doing so you will be given my bank details.

Q) I have already paid for my item but I would like to cancel my purchase. Is this possible?
A) We will endeavour to do this for you but this will not always be possible. If your order has already entered our dispatch process at the time of your enquiry it might be too late to make any amendments to your order. If your order is sent and you wish to return, you may do so, in accordance with our returns policy.

Q) How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
A) We will always try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment. If we are not able to ship your item immediately we always endeavour to contact you to inform you.

Q) How long should I expect to wait for delivery?
Australia: Choose the Express Post option from the listing to get your item send overnight guaranteed (metro areas). Regular mail can take 1-6 days depending on how far the package must travel from our warehouse in Brisbane. Occasionally Australia post will experience delays and we cannot be held liable for delays in the postal system.
Worldwide: Please allow 7-14 working days for Worldwide shipping from Australia. International delivery times vary depending on flight schedules and service standards of the destination country.

Q) I ordered multiple items and only part of my order has been shipped. Where are my other items?
A) Sometimes we will ship items separately if doing so proves cost effective. This policy enables us to reduce costs and therefore pass these savings on to you in the form of FREE postage. In these instances items shipped on the same day may not arrive on the same day. Thank you for understanding.

Q) My Item still hasn’t arrived... What should I do?
A) If your package has not arrived, please check the ebay sales record for your purchase to ensure that we have recorded payment and marked the item as shipped. You will be able to see the date of shipping on the sales record. If it has been over 14 working days since shipping, please contact us. Please check that your registered Ebay Postal address is correct and accurate.
Please remember that if you require tracking facility or insurance you must select and pay for the REGISTERED post option.
For your reassurance please note we print all of our postal labels from EBay, we use high quality postal and packaging materials and lodge all of our items in person at our Local Post Office. Please see our feedback for reassurance that we are a reliable seller. If your item is marked as shipped you can be reassured that your item has indeed been shipped. Regular mail usually takes 1-6 working days but can take longer due to delays within the postal system. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Q) What happens if my item hasn’t arrived after 30 days?
A) Please select and pay for Registered Post so that we are able to confirm lodgement, track your item and ensure safe delivery.
If you select Regular mail then we cannot provide tracking information, we cannot confirm delivery and we cannot accept liability for items lost, delayed or damaged in the mail. If your item does not arrive after 30 days, please contact us and we will try and work out a fair resolution regarding a replacement item.

Q) I have received an item different to the one I ordered? What should I do?
A) We do our best to check all our items carefully when packing and shipping however occasionally mistakes are made. Please contact us to let us resolve any problems for you.

Q) Can I return my item if I don't like it or if I change my mind?
A) If you have changed your mind we will happily exchange for another item or store credit to the value of your purchase or refund you less an admin fee of up to $10.00 to cover our costs. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a store credit will be issued for your item.
