Internet Only Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service.
If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our help desk on 01706 746612(Monday - Sunday 10-5pm) and we will advise you how to proceed.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will try to arrange to send out a replacement.
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us that will then be refunded.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty, this will be refunded against Royal Mail's tariffs for First Class recorded delivery.

Please be careful when trying products on. Ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition
