| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:1)You may return goods you have ordered for any reason within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
2)Returned goods must be in the same condition as when despatched by us.
3)The cost of returning goods must be borne by the customer.
4)A restocking and administration charge of 20% will be deducted for goods found not to be faulty. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, wherever possible we are happy to combine shipping, we want to sell you a quality product not profit from shipping! If in doubt ask us to quote you! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We despatch UK orders by next day courier normally within 24 hours.
Overseas orders are despatched in the same timescale but can take 5-10 days depending on the destination, please ask if in doubt! |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we will ship anywhere but PLEASE ask us to quote before buying. |
| Q:Do you offer your fairings painted? |
|
| A:Sorry no, due to faded paint on older bikes or previously resprayed bikes in non original colours preventing a match on a bike we've never seen, we don't get involved in painting the fairings. |
| Q:What preparation do they require before painting? |
|
| A:The fairings are finished in a smooth gel coat, this requires a light rub down to create a 'key' for painting. The fairing can then be primed and painted. We advise you to check the fit of the fairing by fitting it to the bike before painting. |
| Q:Glass fibre fairings have a poor reputation don't they? |
|
| A:Some do! However our fairings are high quality parts, they are similar in thickness and rigidity to factory originals and we guarantee once on the bike they'll look every bit as good! |
| Q:Can you make bespoke fairings as mine isn't listed? |
|
| A:Not as a one off, manufacturing the mould is expensive and labour intensive. However we are always working on new products where we think there might be demand, so it's worth asking us. |
| Q:Do you supply fixings and ancillaries? |
|
| A:No, we stick to supplying the fairings, all other items are readily available. |
| Q:What about second hand fairings |
|
| A:We do stock a number of second hand fairings, these are accurately described and listed in our eBay shop. |
