Once payment has been received you order will be dispatched within 2 working days and be delivered using Parcelforce 48 tracked or by Royal Mail First Class Post. A tracking number will be supplied for items dispatched by Parcelforce. Please be aware that if you are not available when the courier arrives at the destination it will be the customers responsibility to re-arrange the delivery.

Velux windows - The first three letters of the code will be for example GGL, GPL, GHL - this corresponds to the style and way the window opens. The second part of the code gives the size of the internal glass and therefore which size blind you will need to order. This code depending on the age of the window will be a single number from 1 – 10 or a combination of letters and numbers e.g. C04, M06, U08 etc. Provided the size code is given correctly at the time of ordering, the blind is guaranteed to fit. For any other type of Skylight window you may have (e.g. Fakro, Roto) and cannot find a code all we require are the exact dimensions of the glass - width x drop in millimetres. We can manufacture a pleated blind for your window to fit exactly from these sizes. Please email us if you have any further enquiries regarding finding the size of your window.
