| If you are unlucky enough to receive your goods in a damaged condition please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem swiftly for you.
We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. If a replacement is not available we will happily issue a no quibble refund in full.

|  |  | We are a small business based on the Isle of Skye. We design our own tiles which are only available through us or our retail stockists in Scotland. Many picture tiles found on ebay are generic designs from one large importer and sold by numerous traders. We are the only outlet on ebay selling our tiles, so you will be purchasing a unique and high quality product.

We have some incredibly beautiful views in this part of the world with many islands and beaches on our doorstep. We have many designs featuring some of the more stunning views from the islands of the Outer Hebrides and the Isle of Skye. We also have a unique range of coaster tiles featuring wildlife from Scotland, the Sea Eagle, Golden Eagle, Otter, Wildcat, Pine Marten, Puffin and Red Deer, plus the not so wild Sheep and Highland Cow. | |  | | Each tile is hand painted, resulting in slight variations to the pattern. The firing process involves 24 hours at 1000 deg C and this makes the colour and glazing extremely durable. There may be the occasional slight firing markings or minor crazing to the glaze but this is normal and does not detract from the final finish.
