We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products and it is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you will have 14 days to get it back to us for a refund. Your refund will be equal to the purchase price minus shipping. If your purchase received free shipping, we will deduct the actual postage that we paid from your refund.

Returned items MUST be in new, unused, unworn, condition with all tags attached and in saleable condition. If the item is not received back in saleable condition the return will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

To return an item, please contact us, via email, and let us know of your plans to return. We will respond with all of the necessary instructions and we will issue you a Return Authorization #. Packages sent back to us without a valid RA# will be refused and a refund will not be processed.

The buyers is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved in the return.

RETURN CONDITION
Item(s) must be returned in new/unused/unworn condition and with all tags still attached, free from pet hair, excessive lint, and the smell of cigarette smoke. Returned items which are received without tags or which show any signs of usage, or which are not in new condition will not be processed and a refund will not be issued.

EXCHANGES
During the ski season we keep an extensive inventory and can often times assist you with an exchange if you need a different size, but towards the end of the winter season our stock is often depleted to the point that exchanges can be difficult.
