Return of Merchandise:
Buyer must notify seller's sales office immediately by E Mail in the event that it receives goods that are not as ordered or described, to request return authorisation and shipping directions.
In the event the buyer receives goods that are damaged or appear to have been tampered with, Buyer must indicate such conditions on the freight expense bill of the delivering transportation or shipping company. Buyer must enter a claim against such carrier who shall remain responsible for the condition of all goods damaged while in its control. This will include Royal Mail. Sir Knight can help with Royal Mail claims please in this event send us an immediate E Mail.
All items purchased may be returned within 10 working days of receipt. All items returned must remain unused and in the condition it was sent.Buyer must notify seller's sales office immediately in the event that it intends to return items within the specified cooling off period to arrange authorisation and shipping directions.
We do require that you pay the postage if you decide to return the item.
