What is the condition of your stock?

All our stock sold on this site is brand new.

Why are your prices so low?

We import the items ourselves and usually sell to trade. We do not run shops and all our items are stored in a warehouse. This allows us to keep overheads low and pass on these savings to you. We believe in high turnover. Yes we could raise our prices and sell less but what's the benefit for you, our customer? Our aim is for you to receive your goods and be over the moon with what you have received for the money you have paid and we have every confidence this will be the case.

Delivery Charges

We offer FREE Main Land UK delivery on nearly all of our products. However there are some areas in the UK (main land and off shore) that incur extra charges. To check if your at the bottom of our listings to see if extra charges apply to your postcode.

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

For courier items, UK couriers are required to leave a calling card for attempted delivery. The card will provide details and instructions for you to follow. For palletised items the delivery depot will call to book the delivery in with you a day or two before. If you upgrade to a Next working day pallet delivery then the depot will not book your delivery in.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

We require our customers to check their items for damage when they are delivered before they sign for receipt. We ask that you check the items and not the packaging, most couriers will be happy with this. Should you have any issues with a courier we advise you sign as “Damaged”, doing this will enable an insurance claim to be made for any possible damage. Writing “Unchecked” or any variation is not acceptable by the courier insurance. If in any doubt please call us on 01566 780485. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will not refund or exchange any claim made after 48hrs. In the event that we have sent an item that does not work or has missing parts not stated in the listing we will send a replacement or parts at our discretion. If the item cannot be replaced we will refund the cost.

Do you provide a returns policy?

Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 30 days in the same condition with all packaging but the buyer will be responsible for return postage a 10% restocking charge. See our Returns page for full details.

Is there discount for bulk purchases?

Yes. We can provide discounts for bulk purchases. We also offer other options for traders so if you are interested please get in touch for further details.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes, and if you require a VAT receipt let us know. All our prices include VAT.

How can I pay?

You will receive an automated email via ebay as soon as you make a purchase from us. This provides you with all the necessary details on how to pay using any of the preferred payment methods we offer.

We take Paypal, Credit Card, BACS & Cheque.

Do you provide a Warranty?

Yes, we provide a minimum 12 month Warranty on all items, some items will have longer Warranties but this will be stated in the listing.

What if I bid and don’t pay for an item?

You will receive an unpaid item strike so that we can get our fees returned from eBay. We have heard every excuse for not paying but the fact is simple, eBay is an auction site not a shop! If you do not intend to purchase the item don't bid or cancel your bid. It wastes so much time and prevents people who actually did want the item from getting it.
