Postage and packing
UK customers.
We currently send everything in the UK by Royal Mail first class. Over the years we have found them to be very reliable and prompt.
Our smaller items (e.g. jewellery, prayer flags, singing bowl cushions) are shipped in envelopes, delicate items wrapped in bubble wrap. Larger purchases will be posted in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes, padded with old newspapers or shredded paper (doing our best to recycle as much as possible). On occasions we will re-use envelopes and boxes, again for recycling.
We will always try to minimise packaging costs as much as possible to keep customer costs down, but please be aware that cardboard boxes and tape all cost money and each item takes time to pack and take to the post office. These costs are reflected in our p&p cost.
Items purchased and paid for over the weekend we will usually ship by Tuesday, items bought through the week will usually be shipped by Friday of that week. For UK addresses we ship by Royal Mail first class, larger items will be sent by standard parcels or courier.
Payment Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay. We will accept cheques and postal orders but please be aware there will be a delay in shipping until the cheque has cleared in our bank and postal orders been cashed at the post office
