Sims Recycling Solutions is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We do not sell, trade, share, or rent personal information to others. To assist us in the processing of your order, we will collect customer information including (where applicable) name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, email address and credit card information. This information is stored on a secure server. We will ONLY use this private information for internal purposes, and will not disclose this information in any manner to outside parties.

Upon entering the Sims Recycling Solution’s on-line resale shop, you will be able select from a number of product categories, and then select within those product categories. The type and quantity of product availability is limited and can change without notice. If your order cannot be filled for an out-of-stock situation, you will be promptly notified by phone or email.

Detailed product selections will include a description of the equipment with significant configuration, component and other information. All equipment, unless otherwise noted, has been previously used and may show indication of prior use. Equipment that has not been previously used shall be advertised as “NEW.” Used equipment such as computers, laptops/notebooks, monitors and printers have been diagnostically tested by Sims Recycling Solutions to ensure functionality, excluding laptop/notebook batteries. Products that are advertised as “NEW” have not been tested as they are factory sealed and expected to function correctly. Any photos included with product descriptions are meant to provide an indication of the model of equipment offered, and do not necessarily represent the specific machine you will receive. All equipment includes appropriate power cords. Monitors include an appropriate video cable. Used printers do not include ink or toner cartridges. Desktop and tower computers include a keyboard and mouse. Any other significant information or limitation will be noted in the product description information.

All computers and laptop/notebooks are sold without an operating system. Drivers for any peripheral device (e.g.- printer, scanner, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Prices indicated are on a per unit basis unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include any taxes. Customer shall pay all applicable federal, state, municipal and any other government taxes (such as sales, use, etc.). Appropriate sales tax will be charged on all orders unless the customer sends a properly completed exemption certificate before shipment. Purchase may be made utilizing Pay Pal and must be paid in approved funds prior to shipment.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, which will be detailed prior to the order approval, and added to the invoice total. For your protection, equipment will be shipped only to your verified credit card billing address. Title to the products sold will pass to the customer upon delivery to UPS or Fed Ex. Sims Recycling Solutions is not responsible for damage incurred due to UPS, Fed Ex, or customer negligence.

Customer must examine all goods promptly upon receipt. No later than 72 hours of receipt of the order, Customer must notify Sims Recycling Solutions of all claimed shortages. All products will be deemed accepted by the customer unless, within 72 hours from delivery, the customer has notified Sims Recycling Solutions in writing at mark (DOT) williams (AT) simsmm.com that such shortages are claimed.

. This warranty is valid only for the original customer. Any indication of the physical removal or adjustment of any internal component or parts, or the removal of any security stickers will void this warranty in its entirety. In no event shall Sims Recycling Solutions be responsible for any consequential damages or damages of any kind alleged to have resulted from any breach of warranty. Sims Recycling Solutions shall not be obligated to repair or replace product rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the goods, such as, but not limited to, catastrophe, power failure or transients, over-voltage on interface, environmental extremes, improper use, maintenance and application of the products, or the use of unauthorized parts. Sims Recycling Solutions does not warrant the merchantability of the products or their fitness for any particular purpose. Sims Recycling Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for manufacturer's specifications or the performance or adequacy of any design specification or program provided by Sims Recycling Solutions by or on behalf of the Customer. Sims Recycling Solutions makes no warranty, express or implied, other than those specifically set forth herein.

Products that are inoperable upon arrival at the Customer are eligible for a return for up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to laptop/notebook batteries. The customer may return the product to Sims Recycling Solutions for replacement provided the Customer returns the product as explained below. All returns are tested. Any product found not to be defective will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense. All claims and returns must be authorized by Sims Recycling Solutions.
