PAYMENT
Paypal is the preferred choice of payment. UK buyers can pay using Paypal or personal cheque (items will not be posted until cheque has cleared). International buyers must pay using Paypal.
POSTAGE
Postage costs are for UK only. Postage costs for overseas shipping will be added to the invoice amount at the end of the auction, unless requested before bidding ends. These costs will be based on standard Royal Mail airmail shipment (with no tracking).
Items will be posted using 2nd class mail and a proof of posting is always obtained. If you wish your item to be sent via any other means please contact me but please be aware this will result in additional costs.
Item(s) will be posted within 48 hours of payment for Paypal or within 48 hors of clearance of a Personal Cheque (excluding weekends & public holidays)
I do offer combined postage for multiple items. Please request a total invoice price once the auction ends.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given only if the item is not as described. I will accept the item back and refund your full item payment. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me should you wish to make a return. Please note that P&P charges will not be refunded.
Items will be posted using 2nd class mail, proof of posting is always obtained. Should the item get lost then a refund will only be issued once the Royal Mail have investigated and issued compensation.
FEEDBACK
Once you have received your item and are happy with your purchase please leave me feedback and I will do the same by return. Any problems please let me know before leaving any unhappy feedback. I will always do my best to help whatever the problem or situation. |
