Q: Do the items come flatpacked?
A: Yes, with the exception of the shelves which are ready assembled.

Q: Can I choose a delivery day?
A: Yes, we will contact you after your purchase to arrange a delivery day of your choice. Please see our 'Delivery' page for more details.

Q: Will you hold an item until I'm ready to recieve them?
A: Yes, we can hold items until you are ready to recieve them, within reason.

Q: Can I collect the item?
A: Yes, that's fine. Please contact us to arrange a time to collect though.

Q: Is the furniture easy to put together?
A: Yes, instructions are included and the majority of construction is done using an Allen key, which is also included.

Q: Have you got this table set/bed in another colour?
A: No, apart from the Olivia table set chairs, which are available in black or brown. Please contact us for availability.

Q: Can I combine postage on multiple items?
A: Sorry not really, our courier charges by weight, so I don't make a saving to pass onto you by sending items together. If you are buying several items we will try and do you a small discount though.
