The exception is the shelves which are already assembled. We send all our items on next working day courier service (with Interlink Express). Delivery will be between 9am and 3pm on the weekday of your choice, and it will need signing for. We won't send any item until we have arranged delivery personally with you. If we recieve no instructions from you we will call you to arrange delivery, or if you have no contact number listed in ebay we will email you. If you want to arrange delivery as you pay, please provide the following details along with your payment - Confirmation of your delivery address A contact number Your preferred delivery day. If for any reason we can't send your item for delivery on the day you requested we will contact you. We can send items for a Saturday delivery, but it is over double the cost of the standard (mid-week) shipping. Please get in touch for a quote. The standard price for delivery is to the UK mainland only, this unfortunately excludes some Northern Scottish postcodes, please check with us before bidding if you have any doubts. We can try and ship to wherever you are though - please get in touch for a quote. Damages and Returns All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged item and if appropriate get the couriers to bring the damaged item back to us. You will not be charged for the return shipping if the item is damaged We will accept returns if there is a fault with manufacturing. Item's must be returned in the same condition they were sent out in, and at the expense of the buyer. If a refund is requested, the initial postage will not be refunded. Please be aware that once the bed is opened and has been constructed it will cost you at least twice as much to return it as it cost to post it. If a bed is returned, it must be well packaged to protect it from dust, dirt, and water, if the bed is returned dirty or used we may refuse a refund.
