| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Only faulty or mis-spelled items will be accepted back and full credit given. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, if the system does not do it automatically on similar items wait until We combine purchases and send a new invoice. We usually only charge 50p for UK shipping for additional items. Please see individual listings for details of discounts. |
| Q:Can you print more letters in a line than those shown on your listings? |
|
| A:Yes it is possible, this can still depend on the colour of foil required if different from listing. Normally 20 - 25 letters inc spaces, however with smaller fonts more letters can be squeezed in. We can also use wider foil in certain colours.However please ask before buying if listing has limits. We will normally get back to you within 24 hours. |
| Q:Can you print a different name on each pencil? |

| A:No, the pricing is for a run of pencils. The whole operation is manual with metal letters and hot plates. It is the changing of set up that takes the time and money. So if you want to pay around £4 GBP for each pencil , fine, if not the listing is for a run of same name we believe is fair. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes, We can quote for Royal Mail Airmail which is usually around £2.50 GBP Europe and £3.00 GBP World Zones 1 & 2 which includes USA / Canada. This would be for 12 to 50 pencils in a small packet. |
| Q:How long do they take as some firms quote 6 weeks? |

| A:We try and get the printing & posting done within 7 days, most times quicker than this. |
| Q:Can you do larger runs of pencils? |
|
| A:Yes, Depending on the stock availability We can do runs for Business, Schools, Charities or parties of most items. Please email sales@wenameit.co.uk for further details. |
| Q:Can you print Gaelic or other worldwide character styles? |
|
| A:Due to the system used being manual the simple answer is NO. There are no computer laser printers in this process, purely manual labour and hot metal letterpress. |
| Q:Can you print anything other than pencils? |
|
| A:We can do Key Rings, Business cards, Leather coasters & Toppers for greetings cards but not pens or cases at present. Please email for further details. Some items may incur a delay and a one off set up charge (approx £17 for magnesium plate) in addition to item price. |
| Q:Can you print in lowercase as it says CAPITALS only? |
|
| A:Yes we can on bulk orders, however we have found that some letters like g and y having a tail can drop off the line of the pencil making them look like an o or a. Remember capitals work on email and web addresses also. |
