Terms of Sale
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Although we try to to be as accurate as possible when giving sizes they are not exact and should be taken as approximate. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Payment
We accept payment using Pay Pal. Alternatively you can pay by credit or debit card over the phone at 0845 303 2913 during normal office hours. Your payment details are safe and secure using the Pay Pal high security encryption software. We also accept payment by personal cheque or postal order. I am afraid we cannot ship an order until payment has cleared in full.
Shipping
We take great pride in our speed of dispatch. Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. Most items of jewellery are free of any shipping costs within the UK. Next day delivery can be arranged depending on the time of your order. Things do occasionally go wrong such as non delivery. We will always do are utmost to put things right. If you have any questions or need information on delivery please get in touch.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that your purchase arrives safely and securely. Sadly things occasionally do go wrong. Damaged goods will be replaced or a refund including postage given on return of those goods this will also apply to products where you feel there has been a misrepresentation of the item in the description or image of that product. Order cancellations will be accepted before dispatch. After dispatch a refund can be arranged on return of the undamaged goods. Earrings cannot be accepted for return once worn. Always feel able to get in touch should there be any problems via the contact page.
If any of the above paragraph should apply please notify us within 5 business days of receipt for are prompt attention.

Due to Health and Safety legislation earrings cannot be returned if worn. This does not affect your rights as a purchaser.
