Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (Monday to Saturday). Once your order has been mailed, we will send you a message confirming dispatch.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept PayPal
We also accept the following (payment in UK Pounds Sterling only):- Cheque - Postal order

Are the Magazines/Books/Comics new or used?

Please refer to the description of each magazine in our shop where we specify the condition (some items are "new", others are "used"). Each magazine, book, comic, in fact all items are graded according to condition. (See below for further details).

How do you grade Magazines/Books/Comics?

We grade magazines, books, comics, according to their overall condition. We check all pages of magazines and specify the condition in the item description. Many of our magazines are unread and sealed

Some magazines do show signs of wear and are graded accordingly. See below for a general guide to condition:

Mint / excellent condition: unread, excellent throughout, as-new condition
Very good condition: almost as-new, with minimal signs of wear
Good condition: read condition, light finger creasing, light wear
Fair condition: tears, creasing, generally well read
Poor condition: tears, creases, very well read, may have some pages loose/missing; generally poor condition

What packaging do you use?

All magazines, books, comics, in fact all items we send out by post are securely wrapped to prevent damage and are shipped in either a board-backed envelope, padded bubble envelope, parcel wrapping, mailbag or box. All items are securely taped and clearly labelled

Can I return any item?

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns. Returns must be mailed in the condition they were received within 7 days of receipt. Please email/contact us before returning any items. We will be happy to issue a refund on the item when it is returned to us (less the original postage and packing cost and return postage cost*). All returns must be sent with tracking information.

* We will only pay for shipping costs if the item has been misrepresented.
