Payment.
We accept payment by Paypal, which is safe and secure.
Delivery.
Items are normally posted on the next working day (sometimes the same day) after receiving cleared payment (except bank holidays). You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, so you know when to expect your delivery. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. All items are checked before dispatch and are posted in plain packaging, only showing our address, not our business name. This is for postal security and confidentiality for gift buyers. We post daily Mon-Fri. If you items have not arrived within 7 days please contact us to let us know, we may be able to trace them, depending on which postage service is used. Please ensure that you have included the correct delivery address.
P&P.
We always combine postage for multiple purchases, if the discount is not shown at checkout please contact us for an invoice. We strongly recommend the use of recorded or special delivery to comply with Paypal buyer/seller protection policy. Jewellery is only insured for loss or damage when posted using Special Delivery, more expensive but worth it for high value items. Items do get lost in the post, we estimate about 2% of packages do go missing so we always recommend insured post. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Returns/Refunds
We understand that it is difficult to buy jewellery online, without touching it or trying it on which is why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, we will refund the item(s) upon return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) stating your reasons for return/refund, and then return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and unmarked, and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns service, return postage cost must be paid by the customer. Any under payment in return postage will be deducted from the refund. We try to respond to all messages/emails within 24 hours, (except bank holidays and weekends). Our normal working hours are Mon-Thurs 9.30am-5.00pm (except bank holidays), and Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. We do occasionally work outside these hours during busy periods.

Feedback will be left for all buyers as soon as we have received feedback. Please contact us if you are in any way dissatisfied, we're friendly and helpful and we do not like to receive unnecessary or unfair negative feedback.
