We accept payment by Paypal. Items are normally posted on the next working day (sometimes the same day) after receiving cleared payment (except bank holidays). You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, so you know when to expect your delivery. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. All items are checked before dispatch and are posted in plain packaging, only showing our address, not our business name. This is for postal security and confidentiality for gift buyers. We post daily Mon-Fri. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, unless you choose Special Delivery. Royal Mail will not pay compensation for jewellery unless Special Delivery is used. Recorded Delivery does not include insurance for jewellery. Please ensure that you have included the correct delivery address.
