Silk filled duvet tog ratings:
All the duvets that we stock are a standard weight of silk filling which actually gives a range of tog depending on the temperature. For example in summer our standard weight duvets will feel like a 4 tog and in winter it will feel like an 11 tog. It can actually be a little misleading to quote a fixed or single tog rating for a silk filled duvet.
This is because silk works very differently to feather or down which traps in air and moisture. Silk breathes much more allowing hot air out when it’s warm and acting as an insulator when it’s colder. It’s a great material and we use this weight all year round ourselves and don’t use central heating at night even in winter.
The appearance can be deceptive as well as the duvets are quite thin and drape over you rather than being like the big fluffy down ones that tend to sit on top of you. In comparison to microfibre, down or feather they will not be as thick but will definitely work better.
A lot of companies offer a spring and autumn duvet separately and then invite you to buy both to make a winter one. We don’t feel this is necessary as one duvet should be fine for all but the most severe winter nights. We suggest you try our standard weight duvet and we are happy to stand by our guarantee of quality.
Gloves sizes:
Our gloves are designed to be worn inside other gloves such as ski or motorbike gloves and/or to be worn when jogging or playing other outdoor sports.
Our gloves are slightly stretchy with a 3% elastane content and elasticated cuffs and the sizes are general. If you are not sure about which size to choose simply tell us your gender and the size you normally take. We will make sure that we send you the right sized gloves. However if you found the gloves do not fit well, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Tailor made service:
We can get many different silk products tailor made by our friendly supplier at very competitive prices. We buy direct from the factory.
We have made a lot of unusual sized silk filled duvets and bed linen/pillowcases even some silk sleeping bags and sleepwear for babies and children. Usually you can also have them made in your favourite colours!
It usually takes around 2-3 weeks to ship once you have confirmed your order. And the prices are around 130-140% of our normal product price. Why not drop us a line to see what we can do for you?
We offer a worldwide shipping option:
We ship to most of countries in the world. We normally offer free shipping to the UK buyers for small silk items. If you are buying from outside the UK and would like to know how much the P&P would cost, please select your country under the Postage and Payments in the listing. It normally shows the postage and packing cost and the post services we use. However if you have difficulties finding it please email us and we will give you a quotation as soon as possible.

We know you are excited to have your new item, so of course we ship as soon you confirm your order. (Usually within 24 hours!)
About payment methods:
We accept PayPal, Cheque or Bank’s draft payment. Please contact us if you need to use an alternate payment method; most are gladly accepted. Unfortunately we can not accept credit/ debit card payment at the moment.

All items are guaranteed to be as pictured and as described. We know sometimes it can be uncertain to purchase before you can actually see or touch the items. That’s why we offer a money back guarantee. Returns are accepted and refunds gladly given upon original item receipt and inspection. Or you can simply return the products for an exchange.
