Shipping:

We know you are excited to have your new item(s), so of course we ship as soon you confirm your order. (Usually within 24 hours!)

All items except large duvets are sent by Royal Mail first class post. This normally means delivery the next working day after posting but sometimes it can take a little longer If you wish to have recorded or special delivery just let us know and we can provide a price for that.

Items for International customers are sent by Royal Mail Airmail small packet service which is not a tracked service. Prices for signed for airmail are available on request.

Large duvets are sent by a signed for courier service that takes 2 to 3 working days to deliver.

All shipments are confirmed by an email to you.

Return policy:

All our items are guaranteed to be as pictured and as described. We know sometimes it can be uncertain to purchase before you can actually see or touch the items that’s why we offer a money back guarantee.

Returns are accepted and refunds gladly given upon original item receipt and inspection. Or you can simply return the products for an exchange. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item you have received.

Custom or Tailor made orders:

Don’t forget, if you can’t see what you want here just let us know and we can probably get it made for you. We can usually have any size, shape or colour of bedding made as well heavier or lighter weight duvets.

We can only usually read and respond to emails in the evenings. A young family and other commitments make it hard during the day so if you have emailed us with a question please bear with us. We normally will get back to you within 24 hours.

Likewise if you have asked us for prices for tailor made items. This can take 2 to 3 days as we have to get the information from our factory in China.
