Please note that our products carrie a warranty between Signals and yourselves additional to any warranty provided by the manufacturer (either full or remainder).

 

Laptops / Notebooks

1.        All Laptops / Notebooks carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.

2.        All Laptop Batteries carry a 24 hour DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty only.

3.        Any Laptop / Notebook product found faulty within 24 hours of receipt will be collected by Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

4.        Any Laptop / Notebook product found faulty after 24 hours and before the 30 days expiry of Warranty is to be returned to Signals IT (AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) – Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

5.        Any Laptops / Notebooks found faulty due to software installation, or installation of any third party hardware not supplied by Signals, is not the responsibility of Signals and will not be accepted back.

6.        Any Laptops / Notebooks reported faulty and returned for repair or replacement, where no fault has been found, will be returned to yourselves together with an invoice for The Standard Rate of 15% of your cost + VAT to cover admin and courier costs.

 

Personal Computers (PCs) & Monitors / TFT Screens

1.        All PCs and Monitors carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.

2.        Any PC or Monitor product found faulty within 24 hours of receipt will be collected by Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

3.        Any PC or Monitor product found faulty after 24 hours and before the 30 days expiry of Warranty is to be returned to Signals (AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) – Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

4.        Any PCs or Monitors found faulty due to software installation, or installation of any third party hardware not supplied by Signals IT, is not the responsibility of Signals and will not be accepted back.

5.        Any PCs or Monitors reported faulty and returned for repair or replacement, and has no fault found, will be returned to yourselves together with an invoice for The Standard Rate of 15% of your cost + VAT to cover admin and courier costs.

 

Printers

1.        All Printers carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.

2.        Any Printer product found faulty within 24 hours of receipt will be collected by Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

3.        Any Printer product found faulty after 24 hours and before the 30 days expiry of Warranty is to be returned to Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

4.        Any Printers found faulty due to software installation, or installation of any third party hardware not supplied by Signals, is not the responsibility of Signals and will not be accepted back.

5.        Any Printers reported faulty and returned for repair or replacement, and has no fault found will be returned to yourselves together with an invoice for £100.00 or 15% + VAT of your cost, whichever is greater, to cover admin, engineering and courier costs.

6.        Consumables are NOT Warranted under ANY Circumstance. This includes, not exclusively, Toners, Inks, Fixers, Fusers, Transfer Rollers etc.

 

Servers & Options

1          All Servers and Options carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.

2          Any Server or Option product found faulty within 24 hours of receipt will be collected by Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

3          Any Server or Option product found faulty after 24 hours and before the 30 days expiry of Warranty is to be returned to Signals (AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) – Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.

4          Any Servers or Options found faulty due to software installation, or installation of any third party hardware not supplied by Signals IT, is not the responsibility of Signals and will not be accepted back.

5          Any Servers or Options reported faulty and returned for repair or replacement, and has no fault found, will be returned to yourselves together with an invoice for The Standard Rate 15% + VAT to cover admin and courier costs.

 

Other

Any goods not covered by the above descriptions are also subject to the same implied terms and conditions of Warranty.

Any Part ordered by Part Number is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that the number is correct for the required part.

Goods of any description will only be accepted back if returned in the exact packaging they were delivered and in the same undamaged condition unless agreed otherwise – packaging is chargeable.
