yourselves additional to any warranty provided by the manufacturer

Laptops / Notebooks
1.
All Laptops
/ Notebooks carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.
2.
All Laptop
Batteries carry a 24 hour DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty only.
3.
Any Laptop /
Notebook product found faulty within 24 hours of receipt will be
collected by Signals
(AFTER CONSULTATION WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will
be refused.
4.
Any Laptop /
Notebook product found faulty after 24 hours and before the 30 days
expiry of Warranty is to be returned to Signals IT (AFTER CONSULTATION
WITH SIGNALS AND COMPLETION OF AN RMA FORM) –
Any goods returned without prior consent and RMA will be refused.
5.
Any Laptops
/ Notebooks found faulty due to software installation, or installation
of any third party hardware not supplied by Signals, is not the
responsibility of Signals and will not be accepted back.
6.
Any Laptops
/ Notebooks reported faulty and returned for repair or replacement,
where no fault has been found, will be returned to yourselves together
with an invoice for The Standard Rate of 15% of your cost + VAT to cover
admin and courier costs.
Personal Computers (PCs) &
Monitors / TFT Screens
1.
All PCs and
Monitors carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.

exclusively, Toners, Inks, Fixers, Fusers, Transfer Rollers etc.

for the required part.
Goods of any description will only
be accepted back if returned in the exact packaging they were delivered
and in the same undamaged condition unless agreed otherwise – packaging
is chargeable.
