Welcome to Sign of Distinction! We are here to make your shopping experience pleasant. Our goal is to offer the products you want at affordable prices. If there is something you'd like added, please let us know. We'll do our best to find it and offer it to you in our eBay store.

Sign of Distinction is dedicated to providing the highest quality products plus prices discounted at least 15-20% below manufacturer’s suggested retail price. We offer only those products that we would be proud to buy for our family, friends and ourselves.
Pricing
In order to provide our customers with the best possible price, the majority of our products are shipped direct from our manufacturers. This allows us to lower our operating costs and pass these savings on to you!
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax for orders delivered outside the state of Florida. Florida law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders delivered within the state.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is based on your geographic location and the product weight and size of your entire order. Costs are calculated at time of check out and are visible as a separate line item in your order total prior to final order approval.
International Buyers - Please note:

shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Delivery
To expedite your order, we almost always process it to our manufacturers on the day we receive your payment.
We do everything possible to expedite your order’s shipment from the many different manufacturers with whom we work.
Items we list as “available” typically ship within 2 – 4 weeks, though sometimes they ship sooner, while a few others may take a bit longer.
On the day your item ships, we will email you with a shipment tracking number (when available).
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with Sign of Distinction.
So you receive your order as soon as possible, we work hard to process your order immediately; therefore, to receive a full refund for a personalized/custom order, please notify us within 1 hour of your purchase. After 1 hour, we offer free, corrected replacement of your order if either we or our manufacturer are responsible for an error on the finished product.
You may cancel a non-personalized order -- before it is shipped -- by calling us at 850-733-2700 or by email at sales@studiodsc.com.
For non-personalized items already received, you may receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price if your item is received at Sign of Distinction:
- in its original (new) condition with original packaging
- within 15 days of receiving your order
- accompanied by your “Return Authorization Number” (please contact Sign of Distinction for this number prior to returning the item)**.

If you are returning an item, please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice and include it in your package. If you don't have your invoice, please use a sheet of paper to write your name & reason for return.

For you protection against lost or stolen items, please use FEDEX GROUND, UPS or Insured USPS Parcel Post for return shipment.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returns unless there is an error by Sign of Distinction.
Please do NOT return an item to us or to any of our manufacturers without a Return Authorization Number from Sign of Distinction or our specification to you that you should return the item.
