For mistake purchases, the buyer is subject to a 15% re-stocking and admin fee of the final sale value. Original delivery charge is also deducted (for free postage items, this is £8.50) along with responsible for full charges occurred for sending the item back to us.

Refunds are not available on sheets that have had any special instructions such as cutting requirements.

Returns and refunds must be notified by within the 48 hours from the date of delivery. If you wish to return products that are faulty please contact raj@crestarltd.com advising us of the Product(s) original transaction number and reason for return. A Crestar Ltd operator will contact you within 5 working days to arrange the return. Only returns that have resulted from an error on our part (wrong or faulty Products) will be credited with postage costs.

Because we know how important it is to get the supplies you need, we aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders to addresses in mainland UK within three working days of payment being received. Crestar Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss due to late or non-delivery.

We will deliver your order via our dedicated courier specialist therefore cannot specify when deliveries will take place. The delivery driver will need to obtain a signature for all parcels.

If urgent delivery is required, this can be arranged at additional costs. Please contact us for further information before purchase.

Delivery times are from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

For failed delivery's on the first occasion for what ever reason, a charge of £8.50 will be applied for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening, purchases can be left on buyers property at OWNERS own risk and liability. To do so, the buyer requires to directly after the purchase leave a message or note stateing they understand and would be happy for this to happen. However, depending on the delivery driver also, this cannot be guranteed as some drivers will not feel it at safe to be left unattendended. This again is at the customers own risk and liability.

For any restrictions the delivery driver may have when delivering goods, these should be notified directly after the purchase by leaving a message or note. This includes any parking restrictions, limited access to property of delivery address to any narrow roads or streets due to delivery's being made via 50ton lorry's.

Insurance is covered up to £41.00. Additional insurance can be taken of which buyer is responsible for letting us know at time of purchase to add this additional fee on to the invoice.

Payment for purchases is required full within 7 days of the purchase.

Payment methods accepted including, paypal, cheque, bank transfer and postal order.

Goods are only sent once payment has been cleared.

For any non-payments after 7 days and no contact has been made to let us know reasons for, buyer will be reported to ebay.

Crestar Ltd reserves the right, by giving you notice prior to the contract being formed to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to Crestar Ltd which is due to any factor beyond its control.
