SHIPPING
It can sometimes take up to 3 working days for the handling of your order at busy times.
But usually items purchased & paid for before 5pm will be posted out the next day, exceptions at weekends where items will be posted on the Monday.
If your items are needed urgently please contact us before buying to check if goods can be shipped to you within the time frame you require, postage costs may be affected if you need a faster delivery service than has been quoted.
If the goods fail to arrive within 16 days Royal Mail will be notified & steps will be taken by Royal Mail to investigate the loss of the goods, at this stage a refund will be offered or exchange if stock of item is available.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for postal delays, postal action or courier delays on your parcel.
Proof of posting is obtained on all items dispatched with Royal Mail services.
For International delivery please contact us first before buying, so we can provide you with a quote on shipping to your destination.
eBay will be notified if you back out of sale!!

TERMS OF SALE
Following your purchase you will be forwarded an invoice with order details & payment method, payment is by paypal only. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase, after that time has passed eBay will be contacted & an un-paid item dispute will be opened.
When making any purchases on eBay you are entering a binding contract when a bid/purchase is placed, so please do not bid/purchase if you are not 100% sure you can complete the transaction. Failure to complete the transaction will result in eBay being notified to your default on the sale. We will take every action necessary to reclaim loss of earnings and eBay commission fees.

GRADING POLICY
Surplus clothing and accessories sold by us are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of the item(s) are described within each individual ad & we are very honest with any defects being detailed. Photos may be of a “library” type for general everyday items, but for special one off items the photo will be of the actual item described. If you require more information on an item please do not hesitate to contact us & we will endeavour to answer your question.

All DPM is faded to different degrees so it is very difficult to match on multiple sales.

GRADES
Super Grade – Unissued/Issued items that are in almost or as new condition.
Grade 1 - Issued used items in good serviceable condition.
Grade 2 – Issued used items showing much more signs of wear, tear & fading & there will be some damage, bits missing, stains.

RETURNS POLICY
We are very honest with our descriptions/photos so please ensure the item is what you want & that you fully understand the condition of the item as we do not accept returns on auction items unless the mistake is ours.
Returns on “Buy it Now” items are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refunds are less original postage & packing charge once item is received back.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and packing on returns which must be sent via a recorded delivery.
Please obtain "Proof of Posting". Please contact us if you have any questions on returns or refunds.

FEEDBACK
Feedback will be left on receipt of feedback, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us before you leave negative feedback to see if we can rectify your concerns, our feedback is important to us as is your satisfaction in shopping with us.
So please do not leave negative feedback until we have had time to put things right for you.
