| A:Our full returns policy is in our shop under Terms and Conditions - we accept returns as per the Distance Selling Regulations, however, non-faulty returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us first if you have a problem or wish to arrange a return or exchange and we will do everything we can to help. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes - if you order more than one item there is a small saving in shipping. However, if you are ordering more than one item it is probably worth contacting us for trade prices. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders can take up to 7-10 days during busy times. It doesn't usually take that long, but if you want your order in a hurry it's best to check with us in advance so that we can prioritise it. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:It's £20 per item within the UK mainland - for orders off the mainland, including all parts of Ireland, please check with us in advance for an up-to-date price. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship to the UK and Europe, but unfortunately we cannot offer delivery outside Europe at this time. |
