However, if you would like to return an item that is unworn and in a resalable condition we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 28 days of receipt.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team.
All returns must be authorised by our customer service department. Please contact us before returning your item for your unique authorisation code. Parcels received without the authorisation code may be DELAYED OR REJECTED.
Our PayPal email address is not a managed email account; any messages sent to this address will not be replied to. If you would like to contact us please do so via eBay or send us an email to email@example.com and a member of our customer service team will be in touch as soon as possible.
Please note that although we have made every effort to account for colour differences across monitors, we cannot be held responsible for slight colour variations.
Unless otherwise stated, our products are not waterproof as they are designed for fashion.

If you have ordered the wrong item or confirmed an incorrect address, you can message us to request a change, however it is VERY UNLIKELY your request will be received in time. We cannot be held responsible if the order is despatched without the change applied. Please double check everything before paying for your item.
If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty, you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection. Please use "Recorded Delivery". We will not refund your postage if you send it back via next day special next day delivery.
Unless you are a UK customer and your order has been cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of receipt, you are usually refunded for the amount of the item only.
When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
If your item is returned to sender due to not being collected or the provided address being incorrect or incomplete, we will contact UK customers via phone or email. If you are an international customer and have previously contacted us about your item we will message you. If we have no previous contact we will immediately refund you for the price of the shoes only and inform you of the reason via email. If you would still like the shoes we are happy to accept a new order from you but request that you double check your address before confirming the purchase.

If your tracking number shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, you will need to make a claim with Royal Mail. As we have proof of delivery unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund but if you contact us we will make every effort to help you make your claim, and Royal Mail will fully refund you.
Prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply to your delivery country. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details as we are not held responsible for such charges.
