Paying for an order
If you would like to pay by card or PayPal, please select PayPal as your payment option. We only accept card payments through PayPal as it is safer for both parties. You do not need an account to do this. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer or postal order, please contact us for the relevant details.
Do you offer combined shipping?
If you would like to purchase more than one item from our store we can offer you combined shipping, which means your shipping charges will be less and all your items will arrive together.
Once you have completed ordering all the items you would like, please contact us notifying us that you would like us to combine your shipping. Please DO NOT pay for your order as we cannot change anything after payment has been made, and we will have to send out your items separately. We will send you an amended invoice which will take you to the new checkout with the correct amount where you can pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
For UK customers, we currently accept PayPal, bank transfers or deposits, and postal orders. We also accept the majority of debit and credit cards through PayPal. Please contact us for the details if you would like to do a bank transfer or postal order.
For international customers we accept PayPal or card payments. Bank transfers are accepted for orders over £30 only. We do not accept postal orders, cheques or cash on delivery.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared. If you have paid with a PayPal e-cheque, this can be from 5 to 11 working days from the date of submitted payment.
Can I amend/ cancel an order?
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE.
If you have ordered the wrong item or confirmed the wrong address, you can message us and we will try to fix it but it's VERY UNLIKELY we will be able to make the change.
We accept no responsibility for orders that are unchanged as it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are confirming the correct details before confirming the bid.
How do I know if you have received my postal order?
You will receive an email once your payment has cleared. Please remember to check your junk folder.

My payment has cleared, when will it be posted?
We aim to despatch all items within 24 working hours of cleared payment. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via the email address provided at the time of the order. If your order has not been sent within 3 working days, please contact us.
