At Shu Crazy we aim to dispatch your item within working days. Items to the UK are sent out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded or DHL, both services require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that your address details are up to date, correct and complete. If your address details are incomplete your order might be subjected to delay during dispatch and delivery.
If delivery of your item is not possible your parcel will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office or DHL depot and you will be required to rearrange the delivery. In the event you do not arrange redelivery the parcel will be returned to us and you will be required to pay postage costs if you want the item to be sent out again. |
