UK Standard Delivery

Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked Standard, this service has a 2 to 3 day delivery aim (this includes Saturdays) from date of dispatch. Where orders are of high value or weight we may choose to use an alternative delivery option.

Has my order been dispatched?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an order update email from eBay to advise you that the order has been dispatched, you can also check by going to your My eBay page and clicking Purchase History, this will show your recent orders along with the dispatch status and date of postage.

How do I track my order?
Delivery should be made within 2 to 3 working days of postage, if you have not received your order within 4 days please contact us through eBay messaging and we will check the tracking status of your delivery.

There's been a problem with my order.
Please contact us through eBay messaging immediately and we will resolve the issue for you.

Can I change delivery address?
We would advise you change the delivery address during checkout in eBay. If you request a change of address after the order has been received we will do our best to change the delivery address but are unable to accept responsibility if we do not have sufficient time to process the request.

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it.
If your order has not been delivered within 4 days from the date of dispatch please contact us through eBay messaging immediately so we can track your order status and investigate with our delivery partner. If you were unavailable to receive delivery the order may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery office pending further instructions.

Do I need to be present to receive delivery?
All items sent using Royal Mail Tracked Standard require the barcode to be scanned at point of delivery, if you are not available to take delivery your parcel may be left with a neighbour if appropriate. If our delivery partner is unable to make delivery the order will be returned to back to the local delivery office awaiting further instructions for delivery, further delivery attempts will not be made unless requested by the customer. Please arrange re-delivery within 7 days otherwise the order will be returned to sender and may be subjected to additional charges for the return and requiring to be resent.

UK Express Delivery

Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to provide express delivery.

International Delivery

To see if we deliver to your country please visit the eBay product listing and click the Postage and Payments tab, this will provide you with a list of available destinations and delivery charges. International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Airmail using a tracked service.
The responsibility of additional taxes, fees, levies or other charges applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Furthermore it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods purchased are in accordance with local laws.

How long does delivery take?
The advised delivery time for delivery to countries within the EU is 5 to 10 working days from date of posting, deliveries to non EU can countries is usually within 10 to 15 days from date of posting.

I have not received delivery.
If your order has not been delivered within the recommended time frame please contact us through eBay messaging for assistance. A delivery may have been attempted whilst you were unavailable, in such instances the order is returned to the delivery office awaiting further instructions. Please contact the your national postal operator for further information.
