Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed.

WE MUST HAVE A MANNED DELIVERY ADDRESS TO FACILITATE YOU DELIVERY.
Delivery: On most items we will deliver within 24 To 48 hours.
Some larger products may take 1 -3 working days.
The goods will normally arrive during a next working day between 9am - 6pm.
SOME ONE MUST BE THERE TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM.
Please take this into consideration when ordering. HAS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A REDELIVERY
- Delivery is Mon – Friday 9am – 6.00pm (this is an all day delivery)
- You can ask for am or pm deliveries but an additional fee will be required, please call our sales staff.
- We cannot leave the package without a signature.
- The package will not be delivered to alternate address if you’re not in.
- We can only supply 1 delivery address to the couriers.
- If you miss the courier, they will re-attempt the following working day. If you miss the second attempt the parcel will come back to us where you will be charged for the courier charges.
- If you change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatch, a £10 fee will be charged.
- If a parcel gets returned back to us because you are not in we get charged 15.00 from couriers to return item. You will be charged this.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in the original packaging. Please include your invoice and a note stating whether you require a refund or exchange for another item.
Please note postage costs will not be refunded. Please email us at info@kmsdirect.co.uk explaining why it is being returned.
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To return your item you must advise us by email or in writing. You will be responsible for the item until it arrives back with us in an undamaged condition. If the item is returned damaged in any way then we will not be able to offer a refund and it will be your responsibility to arrange the pickup of the item at you cost.
If an item is faulty within the warranty period offered then please return it to us with your invoice. If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.
