Items are dispatched on the same day if paid by midday and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. If upon delivery there is an issue with your item - please get in contact - we shall try to resolve! We aim for 100% satisfaction as evidenced by our feedback.
Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
