TERMS & CONDITIONS
We try to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions as soon as possible. We aim for all of our listings to be accurate and detail any faults or discrepencies.
Payment
Payments should be made within 7 days of purchasing. We understand that sometimes this is not possible and would therefore ask that you contact us just to let us know and we will not take any action.
If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase a payment reminder will be sent. If the buyer has not made payment or contacted us with payment intentions within 3 days of the reminder an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with ebay. Please note that this is our very last precaution and try to avoid this option as much as possible.
Postage
All postage costs quoted are for UK mainland & Northern Ireland only, unless otherwise stated. If you require an item posting to any other area and the price is not included within the listing please contact us for a postage price prior to purchasing.
All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment and are sent via Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. We expect most items to arrive within 3-5 working days exculuding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. If you would like your item sent by a specific method please contact us for a price prior to purchasing.
An automatic postage discount of 50p is given for each additional item that is purchased and in some cases we do have special postage promotions running. In cases where several items are being purchased we can normally do a better discount on the postage but we need to weigh the items and calculate the cost for you.
Returns
Returns are accepted provided thay are returned in original packaging within 14 days together with reasons for return and in resalable condition.
Refunds will NOT be given if the shoes have been worn outside and/ or not in a re-saleable condition.
In the event that the item is faulty or incorrect a full refund will be given (including postage) or an exchange subject to availability. In the event of an exchange a re-postage charge will apply for sending out the new item (this re-postage charge does not apply if the item was faulty).
We will refund you for the postage costs to return a faulty item upto a maximum of the cheapest possible service. We do not collect return items - they must be returned by the customer to receive a full refund plus return postage costs. In the event a customer wishes to return a faulty or incorrect item by a secure or faster service then the additional postage must be paid by you.
For example a package weighing upto 750g costs £2.20 to return by 2nd class mail - as this is the cheapest available service we will only refund your return postage costs upto a maximum of £2.20.
If you require an exchange please return the item to us together with the re-postage charge and we will dispatch your exchange as soon as the orginal one has been received.
If a refund is required when there is no obvious fault or discrepancy only the purchase price will be refunded and not the postage.
Exchange is available as an option and is not compulsory, if your purchase is unsuitable you can either return it for an exchange and pay the re-postage charge or return it for a refund of the cost of the product.
