Shoes of Seduction is a factory direct store. We hold thousands of pairs of shoes in stock, in Guangzhou China, Melbourne Australia, The United States and The United Kingdom. We sell hundreds of pairs of shoes each week across the globe. Although we try our best to keep stock levels high enough to meet demand, we sometimes can sell out of a particular style and size of shoe very quickly. As we are the manufacturer we can produce more shoes to fill any outstanding orders. This process usually takes only a few days. On rare occasions the material required to manufacture the shoe may be unavailable, and this can lead to longer delays. In such situations we always keep our customers informed.

| Do you have more size or measurement information? |
| All the available size and measurement information is displayed within our item listings. Our shoe sizes are listed in each item description in Australian, European and U.S. Women's sizes. The actual shoes will be marked in Either U.S. or European sizes. If you are not sure about the fit of a particular item please refer to the size conversion table below, if still in doubt consult us on the measurement of the shoes prior to purchasing.

Australian items are sourced both from local stock (Melbourne) and Canton, China. If you are bidding on items listed on Australian Ebay, please check the location carefully. We can not send Australian stock to Western Europe.
Items that are listed in the United States are held in stock in North Carolina. This helps us keep our shipping rates and delivery times competitive.

Since eBay charges Shoes of Seduction fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. | How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases? |
| We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions must end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
If payment is not made 7 days from point of purchase or auction end, you will automatically be put through the eBay Non Paying Bidder Process. In addition an item may no longer be available if you have failed to pay within 7 days, leading to delays in delivery. |
