Payment
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal which allows the use of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. PayPal Only. Payment must be received within 4 days after the auction ends.
Your bid is a contract
If you fail to pay within 5 business days, this auction is canceled by mutual agreement (unless otherwise approved by us) the product will be relisted and a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) complaint will be filed with Ebay.
Mistakes do occur. If for some reason you bid on the wrong item or someone other than you bid on the item without your consent we will make every effort to resolve the issue. In most cases, the bidder will be responsible for paying us the fees that Ebay charges us for completed auctions.
We will not charge you any restocking fees but we expect you to pay eBay fees, otherwise a case will be opened against you, and negative feedback will be left.
Return Policy, please read carefully
All of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund you 100% of the Purchase price if you are not satisfied with the product, less shipping and handling (unless you were sent the wrong product or it was not as described, see below). Please e-mail us first before returning any product.
- The product must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped to you. A pair of shoes that was sent new, then worn, even once, is not returnable. We allow 72 hours from delivery time to inspect the product and 14 days to get the product back to us for credit.
- Please include the packing slip with your item, along with a brief note for the reason of return, and return to the following address:

- Please take good care of the item and it’s box, a box that has tape, labels, or is damaged in anyway will not be considered new anymore, this will depreciate the item value, and so we will not be able to 100% refund your payment.
- We allow more time for international returns, provided they are shipped back in time, and a tracking number is sent to us.
- Mistakes do occur. We do our best to inspect all items prior to shipping, but if it happened that you received an item that was not what you ordered, and it was our mistake, we will definitely refund 100% of your payment including S/H you paid, plus standard* (see item 5 below) return shipping fees that we agree upon.
- *You have to communicate with us prior to choosing a return shipping service, otherwise we will only refund whatever we consider as “reasonable return fees”. We will only cover standard return shipping fees using USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS ground shipping, whichever is less expensive.
- An easy way to choose a good return shipping service is to use the same service we used to ship you the wrong item.
- After any return and refund, we usually ask you to accept mutual cancelation of the order, please accept mutual cancellation to allow us to retrieve ebay fees that we paid for a sale that was canceled.
- For international returns, we all know how expensive this will be, so we usually prefer negotiating different options with the buyer to reach a mutual satisfactory result. Please contact us via email before returning any item.
Exchange:
It's possible to exchange the item, as long as it complies with our return policy mentioned above. You will pay shipping both ways too.
You will have to transfer exchange shipping funds to our Paypal account using this email address: shoesnshoes@hotmail.com.

As soon as we receive these funds, and inspect the returned item, and if your exchange item is available in stock by the time we receive your return item, your exchange item will immediately be shipped to you. We would still suggest that you purchase more than one item to save on shipping, as we offer combined shipping discount.
Out of Stock:
Sometimes, due to fast sales rate, replenishing our inventory can be slower than the rate at which we sell, in which case we might find out that an item you ordered is not available in stock.
In such case we do our best to get the missing item from our warehouse or from vendors. If there will be any delay, we will immediately contact you, and the option of full refund of your payment is always available in case you can't wait.
But if we can't get the item, we will immediately contact you, and full refund will be issued to your PayPal address.
After this step, when you see your refund, please accept mutual cancelling of the order, to allow us to retrieve eBay fees.
Shipping:
- We encourage you to combine more than one item in the same order to save on shipping/ handling. We offer combined shipping discount, that’s automatically calculated when you place your order.
- S/H fees are automatically calculated on most of our orders, please bear in mind that we did not set these fees. They go directly to ship your item, even if they seem rather expensive sometimes, that’s not our store fees, that’s USPS or UPS fees that they charge.
- Within continental USA, we use USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and UPS ground, in addition to USPS Express Mail. These are safe, fast, reliable and trackable shipping services.
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
- We also have a habit of refunding you the difference, if you pay us more than we need to ship your order.
- Your order will be processed within one business days (Monday to Friday) of full payment. If you are not automatically sent tracking information at that time, just email us and we will supply it.
- It will be well packed (Water tight) and shipped fast.
- You will receive a tracking number to follow up the progress of your shipment, until it reaches your door safely.
- However, we are NOT responsible for transit or delivery time after we submit the package to the shipping service.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- We do not offer free international shipping service.
- We ship all International orders with USPS Mail International, or USPS Express Mail International. If you have any questions about our shipping please contact us.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for international shipments, if you feel your item didn’t reach you in time, please review the tracking information online, then contact your local post office for more details. If you still have concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us.
