| Q:I want to return an item that didn't fit me. How can I do that? |

| A:Please return the item as new, in the original box, as you received it, following our declared return policy.
You will be paying shipping back to us, and S/H fees you already paid are not refundable.
Once we receive your item and inspect it for compliance to our return policy, a full refund will be issued to your PayPal account. |
| Q:How much refund will I get if I bought items with free shipping? |

| A:Though some items are offered as FREE shipping, we pay S/H fees to ship them to you, so we will deduct these fees from the refund we will credit to your Paypal account, once we inspect the item and find it as new-in-original-box, and un-worn, as we shipped it to you. |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping discounts if I order more than one item? |

| A:Yes. To save on shipping/ handling, we suggest you order more than one item in the same time. We offer combined shipping discount, that’s automatically calculated when you place your order.
If you pay more than we need to ship your order, your Paypal account will be refunded the difference.

| Q:I ordered a wrong size, can I exchange it for the right size? |

| A:If the item is still new-with-tags, un-worn, in the original condition, and in the original box, and if we have the exchange item I stock, we will do the exchange.
You- the customer- will pay shipping fees both ways, but to help you with the exchange, we will not charge handling fees on the exchange item. |
