We offer a Hassel-Free 14 Days Money Back Return Policy!

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from shipping date.

1) Returning your item for the following reasons:

  • Not Completely Happy with your Purchase

  • Not Satisfied with the Product

  • Item is Not Required (Wrongly Purchased or Purchased in error)

    In this case we will be happy to issue a Refund or Exchange with any other product you may like, once the item is received back and following conditions are met;

  • Item Not being Used / Worn

  • Item remains in its original packaging / condition

  • Items returned within 14 days from Shipping Date

  • Item Return / Exchange must be pre-authorised before sending back

  • Book Your Returns using eBay Returns

  • Buyer will be responsible for Return Postage Costs

  • If your purchase was eligible for a FREE SHIPPING, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund

    When Returning your Item please put a note with the exact reason for your return, your eBay ID and Contact Number to ensure a quicker refund once items is received.

2) Returning your item for the following reasons:

  • Item Received in Faulty / Damaged condition

  • Wrong Item Received (Wrong Shoe, Colour or Size)

  • Item does not fit to your size (But correct size received)

    We will be happy to send you the correct item back or Exchange it with any other item you may like or issue you a refund once the item is received back and the following conditions are met;

  • Item Not being Used / Worn

  • Item remains in its original packaging / condition

  • Items returned within 14 days from Shipping Date

  • Items Return / Exchange must be Pre-Authorised before sending back

  • Book Your Returns using eBay Returns

  • Send Return by using minimal Return Costs

  • Return Costs will be Refunded (Usually 02nd Class Postage Cost)

  • Shipping costs for sending a Correct Shoe/Colour/Size will be covered

    When Returning your Item please put a note with the exact reason for your return, your eBay ID and Contact Number to ensure a quicker refund once items is received.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

  • All International Customers should contact Customer Support before sending any returns otherwise the returns will NOT be accepted

  • As the International Return costs are sometime more than the cost of the product purchased; hence we cannot accept any returns unless it is pre-authorised by a customer services representative

  • If the Items is Faulty / Damaged please send us a Picture or Image of the fault / damage while contacting us, it will help us settle the return quickly

These Return Policies / Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
