Thank you for considering purchasing multiple items from us. Since we are restricted in the size and weight of a single package we only allow 6 items in one order at any given time. Due to the # of unpaid items that can accumulate on large sales we will only allow orders purchased within a 3 day period to be combined. PLEASE WAIT TO CHECK OUT UNTIL YOU ARE DONE BUYING ALL ITEMS OR 3 DAYS.

Return Policy We have a 15-day non-defective items guarantee. Your return must arrive at our location within 15 days of when tracking shows the item was delivered to you. We will refund the bid price minus a $5 restocking fee (not including shipping & handling) provided that the item is in the same new condition it was recieved in. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please do not tape up the item in its original box only. Any return that arrives taped up in its original product box will be denied. If an item is defective it will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. If your item is damaged or lost: Upon receipt of insurance payment from the carrier, either a replacement item will be sent (if available) or a full refund of the purchase price including original shipping and handling will be issued .
