General Interest
In order to return/exchange items please repackage the goods, either in their original packaging or a carrier bag etc. Do not attach any cellotape/parcel tape/address labels to the shoe box itself.

Please enclose the completed returns form at the bottom of the invoice and return to:

When returning goods please ensure you keep a proof of postage as it is your responsibility if goods are lost (Proof of postage is not proof of delivery).

We are very happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with the goods. Goods must be unworn, in a clean order and in a Resalable state. Buyer must return goods at their own expense. If the goods are faulty or you have received the incorrect item please contact us first.

Goods not returned in accordance with the above, will not be refunded and returned to the customer. Please also note when returning heavier items we recommend myHermes or Collect+.
