Most of our items are tracked. You will receive a tracking reference in your dispatch e-mail. If it begins with two letters and ends in ‘GB’ you will need to track the item on www.royalmail.com . If the tracking reference is just numbers it will be tracked on www.DPD.co.uk. The most common problem is that the customer has been out when the post person has tried to deliver and they have not left a calling card. Should this be the case you can arrange redelivery conveniently online. Royal Mail’s redelivery system is at the Royal Mail website http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/inbound-mail/redelivery. If your item is sent using DPD follow these simple instructions:
If your item has not been tracked you need to wait 10 working days for delivery. Should it still have not arrived contact us and we will follow this up. Please be aware that Royal Mail gives us no information they do not give you on their site and often advise us to file a claim for lost mail.
If your tracking says that it has been delivered but you have not received it please check any safe place, with the post person, people you live with, people you work with or neighbours who may have taken it on your behalf. Should that still not result in your item contact us. However, more often than not in these cases a claim will have to be filed.
Should your item be returned to us for any reason we will be in contact. You will need to pay the same amount as the original P&P cost of redelivery in this case as the first postage cost you paid will have been spent on the first unsuccessful delivery. Alternatively you can pay again for an express service.
