Packaging

The cost for postage also includes the cost for packaging. We understand that many of our items are breakable, therefore we use sufficient packaging and high quality sturdy boxes to ensure that your order arrives undamaged.

Posting

If more than one item is purchased we will combine the order and reduce the postage cost. Please wait for us to combine the order before paying. Please note that sometimes this is not possible for orders sent outside of the UK if the order combined is over a certain weight. In these cases we will e-mail you and ask if you are happy to proceed.

If you would like to receive a quote on the postage before committing to buy, please e-mail us with the items you require and the delivery address and we will respond within 24 hours with a total cost. 

All items are dispatched within 2 working days and are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour service for UK delivery, which normally takes two days to arrive or by Airmail for International delivery, which can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holiday's.

If you require a 24 hour service, guaranteed next day delivery or any other postal service, please contact us on the number below before 2pm to ensure we can dispatch your order on the same day.

If you would like to collect your order from our shop, we will not charge for postage, please call us to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Insurance

Insurance is automatically covered in the postage cost.
