I am an experienced seller who puts the customer first, just check my feedback;

 

all items are described as accurately as possible;

 

you will receive informative emails for every step of the transaction;

 

all items are usually posted within 48 hours of receipt of payment or cheque clearing (excluding weekends);

 

proofs of postage are obtained for all parcels and, in the rare event of things going missing in the post, I replace the lost  item or arrange a refund, instead of leaving you to chase things up with Royal Mail;

 

I understand how difficult it can be to buy certain items on ebay, so am happy for you to send back things like bras if they don’t fit.  Where exchanges are not possible, refunds will be made, although costs for P&P will need to be covered by the buyer.  Certain items, such as knickers, thongs and cosmetics cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, however;

 

if you are having difficulty making a payment or you want to buy an item before someone else snaps it up, but you don't get paid for a week or two, please contact me.  We've all been there so I understand and we'll work something out;

 

I am happy to receive payment by PayPal echeque.  I know some sellers refuse them as they take a long time to clear.  In my opinion, that's not the buyer's fault, it's obvious that payment has been made (and in my experience it's usually promptly) so why blame the buyer for a delayed payment?  When echeque is the method of payment, I don't send out payment reminders or start the Unpaid Item Process but rather wait patiently with the item in question put safely to one side, ready to be sent out as soon the payment goes into my PayPal account; 

 

I offer a discreet and friendly service.  I welcome all customers, including members of the crossdressing/transvestite and transgendered community.  I appreciate and understand the difficulty faced when making certain purchases, and all my customers are given every assistance possible to ensure their requirements are met.  If you need help with sizes, please let me know.  Unlike some other sellers, I refuse to charge extra and exploit certain types of buyer, including transvestite/transgendered/transexual/TG/TS/TV;

 

I appreciate that you don't always want other people seeing what you've bought, especially at times like Christmas and Valentine's Day.  For that reason, some of my listings are already set as private.  If you want to bid on something that isn't private but you want it to be, please contact me and, provided I'm given enough warning for amendments to be made, I will make sure it is private for you.  This applies to auctions, Fixed price and shop listings.  Similarly, all items are posted in plain packaging, with only my real name and address in the envelope ... as well as your details of course! lol

 

 

After you have won the item, please complete ebay’s checkout as it helps speed up your order.   You will be sent an email confirming the sale, the amount to pay and a link to PayPal should you wish to make payment that way. 

If you purchase several items, I am happy to wait 10 days for all auctions to end, provided you email me to confirm you are doing so. When your last auction ends, simply email me and I will send you a combined invoice as soon as possible.

I am honest and fair, even when it comes to P&P.  I charge at cost and offer a range of services.  If you want something extra, such as recorded or next day delivery, let me know and I can add it to the invoice.  If you buy more than 1 item, please make sure that you are paying a revised invoice containing your P&P discount.  It's not always on the automated invoices: because I offer discounts based on weight, it's sometimes impossible to include it exactly in the listing so the invoice will need to be manually typed. 

A number of people have recently asked how I work out P&P costs.  I weigh the items, work out which price bracket they come in according to Royal Mail, and add on approximately 50p to cover the cost of things like bubble wrap, tissue paper, jiffy bags or strong waterproof envelopes.  When there's more than 1 purchase involved, I simply weigh everything together.  Provided multiple items are paid for on the same invoice, you pay what I pay for P&P.  It's that simple!
