Please read the complete description for each item before making your purchases.

You have 7 (seven) days from the date you receive your items to contact me to request a refund.

Please contact me as soon as possible and please do so BEFORE shipping anything back to me.

Please do not subject fabrics to odors, pets, moisture and do not cut into the fabric or alter the fabric in any way. If the fabric has been altered, cut, sewn, or was subjected to pets, smoke, odors, or any other environment causing damage to the fabric, I will NOT accept the fabric for refund and it will be discarded.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and it must include delivery tracking. No refund will be issued for any portion of the original shipping costs. If all conditions above have been met, I will issue a full refund of your purchase price only.

There are only three exceptions to the no refund of the shipping costs policy: If one of the exceptions stated below applies: if there was an error in my eBay listing, if I misrepresented the fabric, or if I missed a manufacturers defect in the fabric. If any of these exceptions occurred, please contact me as soon as possible. In these instances, I will issue a full refund of your purchase price and shipping costs both ways, but only after I have received the fabric that is unsatisfactory back in the same condition as when I shipped to you. I may also offer other options other than refund depending on the situation, but they will be subject to your approval. The details will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

This return policy does not apply to buyer’s remorse, “Oh goodness, I really should not have bought so much fabric!” There will be no returns for buyer’s remorse.
